Durham Manor was established as a private family home built on the land where our ancestors were born 100+ years ago.

For generations our family migrated north as part of The Great Migration in search of education, jobs and greater opportunities.  Our ancestors that seeded our lives above the Mason-Dixon line returned home to North Carolina to retire, building a home that would house our then three generations for family events.

We are the fourth generation of family who are stewards of this land, in trust, for our future generations. 

We are currently offering this property for select rentals. 

For the Summer 2023 Season priority booking is given to those attending events at the Seven Springs Farm and Vineyard.
