Overview:
The first floor offers 2 bedrooms each with a full private bath (1 ADA Accessible room/bath), two adjoining bedrooms with shared full bathroom, and one ½ bath.
All bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, closets, luggage racks and bedside chairs. See each room description for separate amenities.
This property can be rented with one, two, three or four bedrooms available.
Rooms
The John Edward (ADA)
This bright spacious bedroom is perfect for a solo retreat, couples celebration, or a family with young children. Located at the end of our Rejuvenation wing the John Edward is the largest private room with ample room for the use of assisted mobility devices of all kinds. This warm welcoming room is bathed in all day sunlight with windows on three sides of the room.
Queen-size sleigh-bed and wing-backed arm-chair.
This room can accommodate a toddler bed or crib (provided upon request).
The bathroom offers both a tub and a separate standing shower.
Clothing storage includes a full sized dresser with attached mirror, walk-in closet and free standing wardrobe,
Media cabinet with smart TV for connecting to streaming services.
The Jessie
This bright cozy room is an owner favorite. Situated in the rear of the house, third room in the Rejuvenation wing, the view from this room is of our 100+year old pine tree, the back fields and forest.
Queen-sized bed and wing-backed armchair.
This room can accommodate a crib (provided upon request).
The bathroom offers a tub and bathroom closet.
Clothing storage includes a full sized dresser with large attached mirror, walk-in closed and sliding door closet.
Media cabinet with small smart TV for connecting to streaming services.
The Shirley
This cozy bedroom is situated in the front of the house, first room in the Rejuvenation wing, and shares a bathroom with The Yvonne. The view from this room is of our large front yard.
When renting Durham Manor for a family event- this room is perfect for the teenagers or single adults.

The Yvonne
This cozy bedroom is situated in the front of the house, second room in the rejuvenation wing, and shares a bathroom with The Shirley. The view from this room is of our large front yard.

Sunroom
Our Den and Sunroom can be converted to use as a bedroom during whole house rentals. This room sits at the rear of the house, behind the family room. The view from this room is of our 100+year old pine tree, rear fields and forest. Great for your non-24 sleepers, night-owls or early risers. Must share a bathroom with one of the bedrooms in the Rejuvenation wing.
